Fly Dragon from Grabbit disappeared. Help!

Help me GM.

Fly dragon pet from Grabbit

I have won fly dragon pet and it was in item bank and when i try to take it out it wouldn't come out. I did that few times but didn't come out and when i relogged it disappeared. Hopefully I get my fly dragon pet back GM. Thanks.

I have sent email to you guys that this could be a bug. Please check on this matter and also if there has been others who had same experience as me do share on this forum.
