I think you should send a ticket to ynk regarding your concern, GMs don't really check the forums. Go here: http://ynkinteractive.com/support/in...Tickets/Submit select the proper departament and give them all detailed information about your issue (such as account, character, time and date of your purchase) for it will speed up the investigation.
