I have won fly dragon pet and it was in item bank and when i try to take it out it wouldn't come out. I did that few times but didn't come out and when i relogged it disappeared.. T.T I have sent email to you guys that this could be a bug. Please check on this matter and also if there has been others who had same experience as me do share on this forum. Hopefully I get my fly dragon pet back GM.
I have the same problem. I got mine about 20 minutes ago. And it disappeared like what you're having.
actually there's a major mistake in this update and that is people can have multiple items they won by clicking the grabbed item and buying it without any RP'S that's why right now they sell grabbit items like crazy even though it's a legal duplicate due to this mistake
i can't find grabbed items in my item bank!!!
