Wood Wood's letter

Hi everyone, I have several letter from the Monster - Wood Wood in Forest of Cross...its asking for 10 of iced cold water. I tried using the iced water with 2500 HP and 2500 AP, it does not work. could anyone please help me out on where to get the item - iced cold water?? please and thank you! much appreciated! :)

You must kill Cold Aleph in Blue Water Zone to get the Ice Cold Water item.
