Can no longer move while attacking (AKA Kiting)

For some reason My Half-Elf archer can no longer kite while attacking. I cant use the WASD keys to move while in combat, only out of it. This is very bad, I submitted a ticked a first because I thought it was the "Duplicate Key Error" But it wasnt As I have another character on the same server who is a Human Knight or warrior, The thing is he can move while in combat with an enemy which is VERY weird! I don't know what to do I have deleted the .sets as was told but still to no avail I uninstalled and reinstalled and the problem was still there. I don't know what the problem is surely someone can help me? I think the damn Survival kit may have something do with it I just experimented with it here and there and decided I was more efficient then that item and stopped using it. So I think their might be a relation between the two.
