Rohan won't even start

So stopped playing a while ago before the Portal Rohan stuff and i got a new computer so i went and downloaded the game and when i installed it and i launch the launcher the launcher never appears and it goes straight to game guard and starts to download the game guard stuff, after that it launches the game and i'm on the log in screen trying to log in and then i crashes, and when i relaunch the game it says the game is already running, run anyway? even though its not running in the processes. i don't know what to do

i would give to error messages but i'm re-installing for the 5th time seeing if that would do anything and by re-installing i mean deleting everything and downloading it again
