Live Support?

Anyone else unable to reach GM's on Live Support even if they're "Online?" I spent an hour waiting in one queue and it never updated. Tried a different browser: same thing after 45 mins. Tried a third browser: same thing after another 45 mins. Then a fourth browser, same thing again after 45 mins.

Game is very buggy since last maint. Guessing they're being swarmed with people maybe?

There are no people previous to me in the queue like it normally says, though. It just says "Please wait, an operator will be with you shortly."

They're just ignoring you.
