The NPC ,Yulson give me nothing!!!

The NPC ,Yulson give me nothing!!!
Plese help me.
I had create a warrior first,named Drageneyes. But I had make a mistake,add error.
So ,I create another warrior,named Dragoneye.
When the second warrior ,Dragoneye, I go up to 83,I go to find Yulson first time,the NPC give me nothing...
I found,the first warrior ,Drageneyes, have a coupon,told me to find Yulson, the NPC will give me equipment.
But ,the second warrior,Dragoneye, have no coupon!!!
Plese,help me, upgrade a new warrior is too hard to me...
