Failed To Download Files

Can Anybody tell me whts the problem with my rohan loader when i tried to download the latest files through patch it continously failed to download files and stuck at rp.218696449.1495 file and i m trying to download this file for many hours Help me if any suggest !!

Saw that problem with Windows 8.1. My guess is that Rohan's GameGuard rootkit is having compatibility issues with Windows 8.1.
