Please hear us! we have PROBLEM! please FIX it asap!

Hi GMs, please read my thread, i have problem, but no one respond my problem lately

please check my id, when i login, there's no respond from server (no monsters, no npc, no another player, only can chats with friends), iam try to use 3g USB modem, wifi, and ethernet to login, but the results are same, NO RESPOND FROM SERVER.
