Seal Maintenance, done or not ?

I'm still wondering about the Announcement earlier, that this game is on Maintenance since 5.00 PM until 8.00 PM(PDT) and now when i just typing this post, the time in my country have gone 11.27 AM.

If i convert 5.00 PM until 8.00 PM(PDT) to my country time is 7.00 AM until 10.00 AM.

My question is, why the game still can't be played ? The time is already 11.29 AM here.
