Is there any GM online to help players problem?

I want to ask if there is GM online to help players problem in this game?
Should i submitted ticket or just post in this forum?

Because i already submitted ticket for my problem (ticket #183707) dated 23 September 2013, 04.32 AM and until now there is no reply from GM for my problem.

In that time my char got DC at unison market. When i login again my char got rollback and some items and items mall that i already buy is gone.

I lost : helm of daylight +6, boot of daylight +6, sunlight shiled +6, armor of daylight (T) +6, word of blessing (gold 3 hours) x 2, pouch of blessing (gold 3 hours) x 4, etc.

Need help for this matter. Thanks
