GM why do you reclaim my ice crystle and my cat ,s boots and other item

when I was playing game i hit down a monter then a wenpon dropped i went to pick it up
the sever can not react according to my operation then i off line and online again
i found myself in the town and my ice crystal incresd to 40 sone item were gone too
can you tell me why
if i play in a wrong way i accept your punnish,but i pay this game in a right way
