Priest Obligation cannot use SES?

Hi, I tried to use SES on Obligation on my priest and it just not going in the slot. Every time I drag the SES over the slot and release it, it just go back to my inventory instead of staying in the slot like other skills. Is it bugged or what? (Obli still lvl5)

Check the system log what does it say? You are probably occupied (sitting) or you have the recycle2 window open.

non. I just logged in and tried to use SES on it. Did relog and try it as well, nothing seem to work. Any idea?
On the side note. Same log in, I did successfully upgrade other skills.

I know this is an old thread, but since I've been asked this when I was still playing and apparently it's still a problem in the game and this might help others..

When you're SESing Obl, just aim your SES near the "P" in "Priest."

Note how the SES appears there, and the Obl slot appears empty
