Everytime I logged in and go out by warp , My CEGEL suddenly decreased !!

GM , I want to ask why everytime I log in into seal or when i enter any warp to go out of town , my cegel always decreased suddenly ? It decreased so much .. Everytime I logged in suddenly me cegel decreased 90 k - 100 k ..
Totally I already lost almost 4 - 5 Million cegel because of that .. I really disappointed because it so hard for me to get the cegel ..
GM, could you please check out what happened with my id and character ? and if you don't mind, could you bring back my cegel that are already gone because of that ?
