GM, can you recover my pet?

I lost my Baby+1 pet (evolved from Heaven Egg) when I fall asleep just for 30 mins and he ran away. Can you recover it for me? Please, I put lots of effort and RPs to get that one. Already submit tickets for this issues please help me, GM :/
