characters can't level up and can't be delete plz help

hello and sorry for my bad english. I have a probleme with 2 characters on 4 in the SILVA serveur
i am an older player and i come back recently
i have 4 characters on silva but 2 can't level up
i don't know why but there are some symbols after the name i writh ( symbols who don't exist on my computer so i can't writh them)
i try to delete to create 2 others but when i enter the name i hev the message
"invalide character name"
after the name, it was \, a symbol, and an arrow up and down
i don't know what this symbols signifiate but i can't delete the character to create an other cause i have 4 perso and i have no place. I don't want delete the 2 others
the name of the 2 undeletable are: "hrithik1" and "tomwell1"
and i have the same probleme on MAREA serveur with 2 perso on 4 ["whynight1" and "whynight2"]
some one can explain to me and fix this probleme plz

Yeah I'm trying to delete a char aswell but get invalid character name
