Hi, so I just started doing this quest but I can't seem to get the signatures that I need. Does anyone know how much fame you need for the people to give you their signatures? I have around 1500 at the moment which I guess isn't much at all.:(

you just need to finish the storyline...
like claire's signature.. go to elim bar.. pay arus's drinks, talk to him, back to claire..
