EM Password

Okay, so I decided I'd come play some Rohan again after about 2 years of break. As I couldn't get into the characters that were sealed (more than 10 items or whatever) I decided I'd recharge some rps and buy a char. So I activated my EM membership and recharged some RPS just to find out that I need to register an EM Password. I don't remember my secret question/answer. I Asked GM for help but he is useless. He asked me to e-mail him from the e-mail account I used to register my game account. I didn't use that e-mail for over a year, I don't remember what exactly the login is and it probably doesn't exist anymore. Is there any way to retrieve my security question/answer? or is there any GM that is willing to actually help?
