Cannot access Support Page

So I've been trying to access Support for several hours now, and so far I have received the following errors:

Fatal error: Incompatible file format: The encoded file has format major ID 16188, whereas the Loader expects 4 in /home/WWW/ynkinteractive/support/__swift/swift.php on line 0

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_DEC in /home/WWW/ynkinteractive/support/__swift/config/config.php on line 212


[User Error]: Unable to connect to Database. Please verify the username, password, grant permissions and the database status. (library/class.SWIFT.php:632)


(NOTE: the 3rd one as in RED, and I was logged on the playrohan.com Home Page)
