Being scammed by another player [Issue]

Hi, gm.. I just got scammed twice by a player, named Indrawsek310.. He was going to buy a name-changing ticket. But, after I sent the it as a gift, he didn't pay me.. My character's name is Strongsuperior, my item mall ID is StrongSuperior. His item mall ID is gundamseed.. You can check the gift history if you want. He changed his name from Indrawsek310 to Criticall.. I really need your help to investigate this case. Besides, could you, please, ban him, and give my RPs back? Thank you very much..

Unfortunately for you, scamming isn't a bannable offense. After all, you've sent him the item as a "gift" and therefore he is not obligated to pay.

I'm afraid that your RPs is lost. Do not ever give away items without receiving payment first (or simultaneously), unless you do not expect it and can afford to bear the loss.

GM.. my char (Thorin) get scammed by a player named "Pukuru".. when i was bought Dragon from him.. 2,8 B ..and he said money first and i give him 800 m and he's gone with my cegel . I really need your help to investigate this case. Besides, could you ban IP him, please. Thank you very much..

As EP stated, there's nothing that can be done if people are taking your goods first and are not reciprocating. Trades should be done via the current in-game systems which allow safe and simultaneous trading.
