Royal palace bug...im sick of this

Recently I reached level 50 with my Mage, I went to see the NPC's that should be outside the Royal Palace, and I get that they are not there, apparently after being stopped the server yesterday (Because before yesterday performed with completely normally my Single Quests, since NPCs the Royal Palace were located off-site) the NPC's the Royal Palace who had moved out of the portal, are gone, and it is inaccessible entrance to Royal Palace, to perform quest, I ask please that put again NPCs the Royal Palace, outside it, in order to make my quest of Wizard, I await your prompt response.

YNK is never going to fix this bug that's been in the game for YEARS, they're too lazy for it.

Well but they can Put again the Np'cs outside then ._.

Also, each time Ran goes down the event NPC from crafting studio disappears; now she is gone again until a GM puts it back.
