So far I have seen this happen only for around 5 players or so (not for everyone), but each time these specific persons put a kiosk message or say something, then instead of normal words these mysterious symbols appear. Also when it is in chat window, it does not even show their name only the block of symbols. Once when someone was talking in those symbols I asked a third person, and he told he sees that guy's words normally.
yeah dude.i have this problem too...
and i have no idea why this happens and how to stop this :(
maybe a GM will cm here and help us.

Funny how people refuse to acknowledge the fact that I've already reported most if not all of the mentioned bugs such as sage armor and quest discontinuity.
