your exp should be resetted to zero using phoenix fragment
In the vid it doesn't reset your exp but also make the bags bugged.
I wonder it it is a bad item. sometimes people who have had these things in their treasury forever can end up with something that no longer works. In any case send in a ticket.
They won't investigate based on forums.
