I guess you only need lvl 100 character on the account, however you can migrate any 2 characters to RBF and have them level 115s.
I predict a lot Opaniels stuff which will appear in the Rbf servers and also some players who will come back among us
All these players migrating are people who played RBF to begin with.

I think a lot of the folks that were in Origin that elect to come back to the main servers may well choose Isen due to its more crone-based economy. The cost of entry into jAnus is just way too high for most mortals.
GM can make minimum require level 50 for Migrate atleast will be convert to 110 lvl exam... :D
