Cannot klik to back the city when character Death (Lagh & DC)

hi..

i got problem when character die.. i cant klik that icon for back to nurse in city. any one can help. summon can't help to, because the icon / escape on keyboard not function.. so for out from aplication must Alt+4. that hurt.. oucchh

and other problem is, why in this week seal BOD always lagh and then DISCONNECT SERVER,,, pls fix that.
