Where to Find NPC Santa?

Hi guys,

I'm currently stuck on a quest to collect 300 tree decoration boxes, I got it but now I can't find where Santa is, does anybody know where is he?

FBI/santa locate section found him and placed him on rocket then fired him to the moon.
