I got the same problem peagle. These GMs dont understand that old players like us have way too many accounts to manage a bunch of emails with them. Most of my accounts have deactivated email addresses because I never logged them in but I still got 4.5k stones spread across accounts I cant redeem.
Its absurd when you think about it all previous events used automated system but now we have to use support? tf is that cost me 500m in hunterkits just to do this event smh.

My used to be main accouts email is Hotmail and i haven't had problem with it for the past 10+ years if i recall. Hell that is the same email I use to contact GMs and send suggestions on support o_o
Some requests and suggestions take 1 week+ to answer but they do answer them. Porbably someone forgot to answer you request and just gave it a look without moving it to the to do things line >.>

I guess they can't handle changes as fast. Give them another 6 years, it might work then.
