Place to hang out?

Hey everyone! I really just wanna know where is the best spot to hang out?
What are the common locations where players usually go? I am really looking for new places to see players, and buy stuff in their kiosk.

I appreciate if you guys take some screenshots or tell me what portal stones to buy hahaha

Limestone? But sometimes it can be dead and other days its pretty active. Just depends I guess.
