hola sabes sobre el regalo de hk ayudame pls

I notice in Big5 at least two items are bugged Premium preservation stone and the craft weapon item pack on page 2 I have won these items on roll and it displays a message saying it cannot reference item, so basically some items are un winnable and if you do it gives you error code and no prize.

We have never actually conversated , but i am the owner of otto. Today i tried to log my account and is saying account not registered. i have never had any problems or been involved in any fraudulent crap, i submitted a ticket #180030 .. would you mind passing this up the ladder so i can get a speady response, costumes and stones running out everyday this is sitting.
