Conversation Between Melloncollie and Buthurt

hi GM melloncollie, i have some issues here
i suddenly disconected from server and cannot relogin to game or in the website. what happenned to my account?
when i try to log in into game, it said "ID does not exist or the password is incorrect"
website : "no account information"
i'm pretty sure i typed my id and password correctly but still won't work. could you please do something about this?
