Conversation Between Rapturous and Hoourus

Help Me sir, i use operating system windows xp for my computer and i have problem, if I after choose a character it will be a long loading to entering Town, after entering Town the NPC / Warp missing . I've tried to change the etc.SPAK to old one, re-install folder , but the problem is still. And no problem in my connection.
how to fix it??
